RepReady may collect account details, dealership details, training activity, roleplay transcripts, scores, support messages, and basic technical information needed to run the product.

How we use it

We use this information to provide training workflows, generate coaching reports, support managers, improve product reliability, and communicate about RepReady.

How we protect it

Access to customer data is limited to authorized users and service providers needed to operate the platform. Production systems should use row-level access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege credentials.

Your choices

Dealership teams can request access, correction, export, or deletion of their information by contacting RepReady.
